Terms Of Service

1. Who

Team Web Designers, CIF B-XXXXXXXX, Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain.

2. What

Email template design and coding, delivered digitally. Scope per accepted proposal.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA at 21%. Stripe or bank transfer. 50% upfront for projects over 400 EUR.

4. Ownership

Design files and HTML code are yours after payment. We keep the right to show templates in our portfolio unless you say no.

5. Revisions

Single: 2 rounds. Suite: 3 rounds. System: unlimited within scope.

6. No Guarantees on Metrics

We design emails that follow best practices for deliverability and engagement. But open rates and click rates depend on your content, your audience, your sending practices, and your ESP. We guarantee professional work, not specific numbers.

7. Cancellation

Before design: full refund. After delivery: no refund for completed work.

8. Law

Spanish law. Courts of Algeciras. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal (RDL 1/2007). Waived once design work starts with your consent.
